Because of limited space and the goals of the initiative, the Forum is by invitation only.  Participants (including Hong Kong residents) must commit to the entire program, beginning with the opening dinner on May 23, through lunch on Saturday, May 28.

Invitees will receive an email with a link to a protected website to register and pay the Forum Fee of $450.  This fee covers accommodation and meals for five nights, and a modest registration fee.  Participants are responsible for their travel costs to and from Hong Kong.

Please register and make your payment no later than March 20 2016.
