
We are excited to gather again this year for the 10th Christian Forum for Reconciliation in Northeast Asia. Despite the challenges of the pandemic and the deepening divides over political tensions in the region, we believe that it is important to come together to listen to God’s call to engage with the broken world and renew our commitment to the ministry of reconciliation.
Theme: Post-COVID World and the Ministry of Reconciliation
Date: June 5-10, 2023 (Please arrive by 5:00 pm on Monday, June 5th and depart on Saturday, June 10th)
Venue: Sacred Heart Spirituality Center, Paju, Korea
Registration Fee: $450 USD in cash
$150 USD in cash (Young people 35 years old or younger)

Plenary Speakers: Dr. Douglas Campbell (Duke Divinity School, USA), Dr. Tom Sakon (Aoyama Gakuin University, Japan), Dr. Paulus Widjaja (Duta Wacana Christian University, Indonesia), Dr. Nina Balmaceda (Center for Reconciliation, Duke Divinity School, USA), and Dr. Chris Rice (Mennonite Central Committee United Nations Office, USA)
Pilgrimage: On Wednesday, after the morning session, onsite participants will visit the Unification Observatory, the North Korean Cemetery, Displaced People’s Cemetery, and the Catholic Church of Reconciliation and Repentance. After dinner that evening, we will have a prayer meeting.
